W***up, in my opinion Dark Harvest Mantheon is still viable but it does require you to pop off heavily in early game so that you get a lot of stacks into mid/late game. Although compared to other runespages it’s early game capabilities is quite lacking. But it’s probably the hardest scaling one into the late game with its resets especially into a team of squishies or one hyper carry. It’s not played as often to due people valuing Mantheons heavy early game presence with PTA or Conq. Which isn’t really the case with Dark Harvest because it’s a slow scaling rune.
