Introduction

After experimenting alot with different sivir builds i came to the concluscion of using warmogs and atmas alongside a manamune as the core."Why? you may ask well im here to explain it. I enjoy playing siver and due to the new scaling i have enjoyed her much more.

About Sivir

Sivir is one of the champions that originally came with the game, she's an amazing champion at the measly cost of 260 RP or 450 IP. Her roles ingame include being support, Haste, Farmer, Pusher, Carry, Ranged. Sivir is without a doubt one of the best if not the best pusher or farmer.

The Legend of Sivir

The beautiful and deadly mercenary known as Sivir has earned many titles throughout her illustrious career, but the one she held until recently was ''Battle Mistress of Noxus''. Now, however, she is known as ''The Battle Mistress'' after breaking her contract with the Noxian High Command. Sivir dared to object to the Noxian war against the peaceful island state of Ionia; her predictions of a bloody stalemate came true when the Ionians held off the relentless assaults of the Noxians. Claiming that the Noxian High Command had lost its direction, she left Noxus and made her services available to the Institute of War. The Noxian High Command has sent a number of contracted assassins to deal with its rogue mercenary, but none have delivered her or survived.

''Time and time again, Sivir proves that she has earned the right to call herself 'The Battle Mistress'.''

Skills

Fleet of Foot
Increases Sivir's dodge chance by 10/15/20/25% while moving. This skill keeps you on your foot as you should be always moving around versus aggressive enemys.

Boomerang Blade
Sivir hurls her crossblade like a boomerang, dealing 60 / 115 / 170 / 225 / 280 (+75% of ability power) and (+75% of Attack Damage) Magic Damage to the first unit and 10% reduced damage to each subsequent target. This is your main bread and butter as sivir. Most of your damage and burst damage will come from this skill.

Cooldown 9 seconds | Cost 80 / 90 / 100 / 110 / 120 mana | Range 10000
Ricochet
Toggle: Sivir's basic attacks will bounce to 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 / 5 additional target(s), dealing 22% less damage with each bounce (only the first hit procs item effects). This will be your main farming ability alongside your boomerang blade. It will allow you to quickly take out enemy mobs and push lanes.

Cost 6 mana per attack | Range 20
Spell Shield
Creates a magical barrier which blocks a single enemy ability used on Sivir. Lasts up to 3 seconds. Spell shield is the skill that requires the most timing for sivir. If you time this right you will absorb the enemy spell and allow you to recover mana.

If an ability is blocked by the shield, Sivir regains 125 mana.

Cooldown 28 / 24 / 20 / 16 / 12 seconds | Cost 75 mana | Range 20
On The Hunt
Grants Sivir and nearby allies 25% movement speed and 25 / 45 / 65% attack speed (half for allies) for 15 seconds. This will be your main escape or chase ability, allowing all your allies in the area to gain a speed boost in movement speed and attack speed. This skill is also extremely useful for pushing a lane as these boosts also affect ally minions.

Runes

For Marks i like to go with standard 9 desolation runes
For Seals i like to go with 9 evasion runes because the extra dodge goes well with your passive.
For Glyphs i like to go with 9 shielding runes because my built doesn't incorporate alot of magic resistance.

Items

For my items i like to start out with a long sword and a health potion. Then moving on to my boots of speed and tears of the goddess. Working my way to manamune and berserker greaves. Then i wanna grab my stinger and upgrade it to nashors tooth. Heres where i start getting beefy. I pickup warmogs along with atmas impaler which will give me a significant health and damage boost. And for your final item it can be situtational but for my build i got a b.f sword going into a blood thirster for the extra ad and lifesteal.

Why Manamune? Well the AD when you have maxed the passive is extremely detrimental to your boomerang blades damage. Also it provides you with a large mana pool allowing you to freely use your abilities without the worry of mana issues.

Why Nashors tooth? I noticed guides using sword of the divine and i thought to myself, Nashors tooth gives 50 attk speed which is only 10 less and on top of that gives AP which also boosts your boomerang blades attack, mana regen, and a very useful 25% reduction on all cooldowns.

Why Warmogs and Atmas impaler? Well the reasoning is that warmogs will really increase your survivability allowing you to gain over 3000 health in most cases. And alongside warmogs your atmas will increase defense, crit chance and 2% of your health will be converted into AD.
