Introduction

AD LUX?!?!?!

This is exactly how I felt when I thought of this build joking around with some friends, trolling the enemy team. We ended up winning and it actually made (some) sense to me. Lux is a champion similar to Twisted Fate in the fact that she has many stuns and was originally designed for an AP play style. Twisted fate however has the advantage on some AD ratios on his skills. Lux simply has a large amount of CC and a big advantage on her passive. She is really pokey early game and with this build, allows for a major carry styled play.

Runes

The runes I recommend are a very simple, average AD carry rune page. The marks and quints are used to up the little Armour pen Lux has. The glyphs and seals are purely for defense and early game sustain.

Masteries

The masteries are simply a basic AD carry build with some extra mana from the utility section. The mana regen and mana will help stun and sustain further in the game as well as create opportunities to get some easy kills early game with the offensive masteries.

Skill Sequence

The skill sequence is quite simple. Lux's E is here main source of farming and is a great time fighting early game attack. I would consider this to be her main source of damage thus i master it first. Her Q is very useful to gain ground, get some easy kills and overall utility. Master this second. Her W is useless as a AD carry because at max level it shields about 200 HP. This wont benefit her team at all and sacrifices her needed damage. Master this last. Her ult, although less powerful and spammy as AD, is very useful for finishing off champs with low HP and grabbing some kills that would regularly be unavailable.

How to play!

AD Lux is a very different character than the run of the mill AD carry. The way you use your skills is very important. You can use her Q or E to poke really well. Her passive is very necessarily to her victory. You must use a skill on the enemy champion and then hit a basic attack. A great combo I find to harass with is to stun with her Q then throw your E slightly behind the enemy champ. DO NOT ACTIVATE HER E YET! Once you hit your stun, hit one basic attack, then activate your E. Once you activate it, throw one final basic attack. This is only for poking. To finish a champion off, you can do this same technique and use this sequence instead: Q > Basic attack > R > Basic attack > E > Basic attack. This is a very NUKE like sequence and allows for you to finish them off with a few more basic attacks.
