So this wasn't a bad read but I almost down voted you because of your builds and summoner choices on the champs you picked.

You need to fix that.

Soraka should not have teleport
Lux should not have clarity
Cait should not have ignite and should have heal
Skarner should not have surge

If you want a champ that is good for teleport...Shen
Really no one runs clarity...I've seen it go decently on Malphite...
Surge is good on a couple. Jax, Teemo, Cho'Gath all are good with it. Not Skarner though.
Skarner needs flash to ult that carry and haul it back and he needs smite as the jungler.

So yeah...having the right summoners on a summoners guide...would make you appear a lot more credible.

Giving examples is very hard, because everyone prefers something else.

However I really like this guide so I will bookmark it, hopefully you will improve it a little bit :)

• This is a minor niggle (because I know it's not supposed to be a guide for builds), but the builds are horrendous. Starting with Doran's Ring on an AP, your AD gets two AD items before her PD (and has Swiftness quints), your support takes Teleport, Lux has no Flash and (VERY) bad summoner spells, and why on earth does Skarner have SURGE over Flash (not to mention the Phantom Dancer)?
• "Other carries who depend on auto attack." is listed for Ghost. It should never be taken for AD carries, in my opinion. They will be auto attacking most of the time anyway, and if they get into a position of trouble they can't simply ghost and walk out, they're already dead. It should be used on melee off tanks devoid of gap closers, like Olaf (or as you said, Singed), in my opinion.
• Heal works best on AD carries or Vladimir (due to Tides of Blood) due to AD carries' lack of health, fact they can be deceptively squishy or something with it. AD carries are usually the squishiest on your team, too. I'd not like to see it on Cass, for example, who should rarely get into trouble.
• Surge is a very bad summoner spell and doesn't pack enough 'oomph' to be better than Ignite on pretty much any champion.
• AD carries are good with Cleanse. You say just 'weak to CC', but what does that mean? Katarina? AD carries alone should ever pick cleanse. Maybe Tryndamere in certain situations, too.
• Clarity is a horrendous summoner spell and shouldn't be picked on absolutely anybody. Vladimir doesn't even have mana, why would he using it during trollpool?
• Ignite is probably best on AP carries due to the fact all of their damage comes from spells, and Ignite is a good addition. It's good on (certain) solotops, but better on AP carries, as if you don't have it, they get more damage than you.
• Promote is a very bad summoner spell that does not work 'well' on anybody. If you want to push a lane all you need to do is kill the creeps in it.
• Teleport has very bad description. 3/4 of the champions you listed (only Solotop Teemo would be good) are bad with it. Teleport is usually picked so solo top champions can easily get to Dragon in time and have decent map presence, for anybody else you can just walk there without fear of losing much XP/tower. There's absolutely no reason a support should take it, usually. There is absolutely no reason a support needs map presence - even roaming supports from the likes of M5 just walk with their jungler. Mid laners shouldn't usually, but Galio is one good exception because of his ability to do amazing brush ganks. Morg comes to mind too - but it's definitely far better on mid than support. You could also note you can escape with Teleport if they have no hard CC.
• CV's main use is to pin down the enemy jungler in their own route, if they're ganking, or where they are in their route.

It's certainly looking a lot beter, a LOT better!

I can still, unfortunately, see quite a few problems that I doubt you'll fix.

"This spell is often used" for Clarity at all makes absolutely no sense.

Quite a few grammatical errors ("CC's")

You still say some champions 'should' pick Surge.


Glad to see you're improving it though, with a few more improvements you might persuade me to change it to a +1!
