That guide is noobish, tell me, why do u wait so long for boots, why so expensive stuff?

this is a "How not to help with kata!" guide... THINK AGAIN!

This build is Pure lol..

1, Why would you wait that long to buy shoes.. you won't be able to catch up with anyone or flee...

2, Focus on less expensive items in start.. you are gonna get owned why you bought one amplified tome and you are waiting for the belt. and other fx teemo got malady !!
