You got your bloodrazor - great and much needed improvement :P
Atmas without any HP item? Well if you want an armor tanky item a much better choice will be a simple sunfire. You cant count on your crit anyway since this is the only item with crit that you get. So basicly you get a small amount of ad (since the only hp item is SV and that gives only 250HP) and armor. Crit is irrevelant.
On the masteries i would suggest getting Archaic knowledge 15% Mpen. For example instead of greed. Greed gives you 1g/10s so in a standard 30 min game you will get total 180g. While Mpen benefints your Q, benefits your Bloodrazor procs.
About SV, it has absolutly no benefit on your R.
Back on the masteries. It is proven that 3 points in Sunder is buy faaaaar way better than 4/4 Aclarity (AS) mastery. You only get 1% per point where you can get 2ArP per Sunder point.

Quite costy setup as for jungling and you will lack AS on this one even with HC.
Some clarification on masteries and item picks would be nice to have since they are quite odd, for example maxing HC before everything else?
No exhaust mastery?
