DiscussionMost people will probable laugh at this build, until they see the speed they are moving at. The above movement speed doesnt even take into consideration the move buff of Teemo's "Move Fast" which on this build will push your move speed to well over 700. Combine this with the attack speed and crit chance and youve actually got a real scary little killing machine on your hands, plus noone can keep up. You can even outrun either Master Yi or a Rammus in full Speedball. I dare you to test this build and not fall in love with the sheer fun of killing someone and running away before their team even realises you were there. Vroooom!!!
