First Build

Anyway thanks for seeing my first build I wanted to do this for a while but i started to think of a good build and here it is enjoy :)
By the way please try the build first before you comment.
What's important is Veigar. This guy is a twiggy, insane little b*stard that will say hi to you with about a gazillian damage in an instant and then run like hell because of the cooldown.
And also notice why i put Super Veygan like Super Sayian? CAUSE VEIGAR REALLY IS A SUPER SAYIAN EVEN STRONGER THAN GOKU ;)
Note: In this build you will get about 900 (and increasing) AP and you have to count the Magic penetration and the Magic Resist reduction in the enemies

2nd Veigar

In the Second Veigar Build I tried to use everyones suggestion when keeping Veigar's Power and making him a bit tanky.
The summoner spells may get you a succesful escape or a kill.
The masteries where made so that Veigar may level up faster than the rest of the champion and the movement speed in case of some ganks or to escape dire situations.
Try it out xD

Veigar's Story

To most, thoughts of yordles do not conjure images to be feared. The easygoing half-pint race, though fierce, is often regarded with some degree of joviality. Their high-pitched voices and naturally cute forms inspire something of a protective instinct in the larger races, or at least bring to mind images of children playing at being adults. Every now and again, however, a yordle turns so bad that, even at its small stature, it strikes terror into the hearts of others. Veigar is such a twisted yordle. As a master of the magical black arts, as well as a corrupter of cosmic energy, he is one of the most powerful sorcerers on Valoran.

As a child, Veigar was a normal yordle with one small exception - he had a deep curiosity for the world beyond Bandle City. The young yordle spent much of his time studying the rest of Valoran, and he jumped at the chance to join a business that traded with other major city-states. Unfortunately for both him and the world, a deal with Noxian traders turned into shady business and went bad; Veigar and his companions were subsequently set up to take the fall. Arrested by the authorities, he was imprisoned within the walls of Noxus for years. Such isolation is very dangerous for yordles - undoubtedly why his cruel jailers did such a thing - and Veigar was slowly driven mad.

He eventually escaped, having become a twisted version of his former self. Instead of returning to his people and Bandle City, he sought tutelage from dark wizards across the land. With his demented will focused on one task, he quickly became a dangerous and powerful wizard in his own right. Now he seeks to end all conflict on Valoran by bringing all of the city-states to their knees, regardless of their affiliation. The League of Legends is the perfect tool to help him meet his ends - for now.

"Who says evil needs to come in a fearsome-looking package?"

Why these runes?

Basically I chose these runes since Veigar cooldown of his abilities are high as well as their damage output however everyone knows his abilities waste a lot of mana so I solved those problems in one "cheap" rune page.

Why these abilities?

Baleful Strike is one of Veigar's most harassing techniques and since it also does a lot of damage at the cost of low mana( 80 mana ) I recommend leveling it up as soon as you can.
This is what makes Veigar such a monster. Treat him like a squishy, cooler Nasus and just farm the ever-loving sh*t out of this in the early game, and you will be rewarded with Trogdor levels of power late-game as you burstinate the countryside and one-shot all the peasants. Always always always level this first always.

The stun Event Horizon is already effective in level 1 so I level it last.
Without this, the only person that could possibly land Veigar's Dark Matter with any kind of consistency is Shawn Spencer, because that man is a godd*mn psychic. This is amazing in teamfights for zoning and trapping the enemy AP carry in the caress of >2000 damage in a second. It's really tricky to land because the stun is on the ring of the spell, not the entire AOE, but that also makes it great for wranglin' people in one spot. Keep in mind that the size of the ring is big enough that people inside can still dodge your W, because it's that hard to f*cking land.

I tend to get one in this skill at level 2 for ganks and max it last. The 1.5 second stun is long enough to land W if you're quick on the draw and can predict which way they'll run when they're un-stunned.

The meteor Dark Matter is, in my opinion, only used in the beginning to slaughter minions therefore I level it second.
However...You know why this does such insane damage? Like, around 1000 or more damage late game? Because it is a b*tch to land. This is why Veigar's stun is so vital. That said, it's not as necessary early game, so you can choose to level it third after Event Horizon if you want to. Late game, you can insta-kill caster minions with this, so throw your W down on them and Q the melee minions if you need to quickly push a lane.

His Ultimate Primordial Burst is famous since its really OP.
"Blasts an enemy champion, dealing 250 / 375 / 500 (+120% of ability power) magic damage plus 80% of his target's ability power." ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY PERCENT OF ABILITY POWER PLUS EIGHTY PERCENT OF HIS TARGET'S ABILITY POWER. HOLY MOTHER OF MARY SH*TTING ON AN UNDERPAID ****** THAT'S A LOT OF DAMAGE. This ultimate is what makes you the bane of every AP caster's existence. Except Ryze. F*ck Ryze.

Last hitting

I advise you try to use Veigar's Baleful Strike in every low health minion in order to get even more Ability Power.
His Dark Matter is cool 2 to farm.

Summoner Spells

In order to make Veigar even more reliable pack him with Heal and Clarity in order to engage the enemy when they are least expecting.
