You could have CDR glyphs and mana regen seals, would be better that way... Why take the ones that give less when you can have more the opposite way?
You could explain why level up Howling Gale first when as a support your shield is far more useful. Nice item choices though, but you can't really say her an AP support just because she has Rod of Ages and WotA.
Also since you obviously prefer dmg over support skills by leveing up Howling Gale first, then I'd be putting 9 points into Offensive instead of DEfensive mastery tree. Or change your skilling order for a more supportive one.

Interesting use of the speed quints. Definitely unique. Most people I'd assume would go with AP quints, but the idea of the extra boost in speed is very interesting. I'll have to give it a try. Overall a pretty decent guide.
