Intro!!!

This is my first build so dont rage and haters no hatin'!

This build is a support build for sona your job will be just to babysit people early game and constantly heal late game and then everyone will love you :D

Remember : At start combo ur Qto get your passive ready!

The reasons for these runes are....

Marks for that all important magic pen to get early good damage, especially with youre passive

Seals for the mana regen you will need to help you stay in lane early game and heal more often

Glyphs for cooldown reduction to let you heal more often and to be more effective in team fights

Quintessences for that base health to make you that little bit less squishy

Remember to spam heal in big team fights and when chasing spam your E to give that movement speed to hunt the bastards down....

Try to use your ULTI to either help single someone out or to get the majority of their team in team fights to let your team have the advantage...

In lane always let the carry or whoever your laning with get the majority of the last hits to get them more fed... you wont really need that much farm anyway because of the shear amount of assists you will get... and if ur lucky / awesome you may get one or two kills....
