Hey I tested you build.
Very nice but I skipped the Doran's u don't need it.

good build.

Just read this and the only issue I have is with your reasoning for Zhonya's. For Cain, if you get in the center of the other team with your ult on, you can get pretty low on hp, pop the Zhonya CD, come out probably full again and them dead. I love Zhonya on Cain almost as much as Spirit Visage.

This is an amazing build. Used thornmail like you suggested for my last slot instead of Void staff, because I wasn't having too much trouble with tanks, and suddenly none of the melee dps could stand up to me. i eventually sold spirit visage and got warmogs, too, and I was almost unkillable! +1
