This is a build for AP Teemo. Teemo is a op champion with a extreme ulti. Most important in this build is to stack the soulstealer. If you don't get any kills you have to get a lot assists to stack it. The combination of much AP and Lichbane can make incredibly high damege. To get kills i make the enemy go into one or two swamps and then use q, auto attack (extra damage with Lichbane)and then w to activate Lichbane again.

I choose full AP runes because that make my q very good in the start of the game. Some use runes that give more % AP and that is good later, but i concentrate in getting a good start so i can get my Soulstealer fast as possible.
