There are two points in utility, one is indeed in ghost =]. And yeah sometimes I do go for hawkshot ranks a little earlier, getting up to 3 ranks sometimes before I max frost arrow. Depends on the nature of the game I suppose. If I am against a lot of melee the frost arrows will make an early difference controlling them. Good point though, if you can't get as many kills as you'd like you may opt to get money from hawkshot.

Love the tactics. Only thing... Shouldnt that one point in Utility be spent to improve Ghost?

Here is a tip that I think you will find useful... Dont max Hawk Shot last. I mean you have an expensive build. Frost Shot should never have priority over Hawk Shot.

Hawk Shot has two great attributes. It gives 1/2/3/4/5 bonus gold per kill, and its a scouting tool. Like you said it can light the way for your team, if you go all game with rank1 you wont be scouting much of anything. It range is short, and the final area is small. since you are building IE and Bloodthirster, you want as much gold as you can. Ashe will kill many minions, and that bonus gold means you spend less time farming for those items. Hawk Shot should be leveled after Volley or leveled first IMO. Its got more use than Frost Shot. Yes you can kite and slow, but if you are going for big dmg and AS, you shouldnt be worried about them getting away. You should be worried about farming for IE and Bloodthirster.

Just my opinion
