This is my first guide I've ever done. :) After 7 games of losing with Talon, I realized, he's very squishy. He's the typical, KILL BEFORE THEY KILL YOU. So umm anyways I guess I'll tell you how I do it. I went 10-3-6 with this build I made up and does help alot. I still have to get used to it and will update later.

Basically, my summary is, you must kill the person right away. Thats the whole point of this build. Like I said on the introduction, you MUST KILL BEFORE THEY KILL YOU. Also, keep on farming. Gotta level up alot. Need all the money you can get.

Mostly, I got it from Phreak, watching the preview, over and over, it does work. So what you must do is, once you have all of them you must do the sequence of using cutthroat first, then use rake at the opponent and if you do have his ult, use his ult. At level 10 you can achieve easy kills with the good build.

Usually when it doesn't kill the enemy, I always have Exhaust handy and Ghost if a chase does appear. Don't forget, never go against 2 below level 5. It sucks. Trust me.

The Frozen hammer is definitely a must. Helps out slowing the enemy when you hit them. Also grab the Quicksilver Sash from defending yourself from debuffs. Debuffs are annoying and will definitely get to you if you can't get yourself out of trouble. I'm an Olaf person, and his ult is a protection against debuffs, so I'm used to using that alot.

I'm not sure whether to add any health or not, but the Frozen Hammer does help with health. Health and armor is greatly appreciate for him... although he's not that tanky type of person. He's the perfect assassin DPS imo.

Pros:
All attack damage.
Extremly powerful abilities.
Stealth, slow, silence, and damage over time that leaves a blood trail.
Great AoE damage.
Great ganker.

Cons:
Very CC prone.
Can't jungle very well
VERY VERY SQUISHY.

If you want to farm, I recommend you getting some health pots. He's VERY squishy in the early games. Just saying. :3 I died cause I tried taking on a group of minions...

It does help when you're near the turret. Just saying. Don't be a hero on the early game. You're very squishy. Being a hero will only get you killed easily and make you lose alot. I tried becoming the hero like I always do on Olaf. The only difference is Olaf is sustainable... Talon isn't. Talon is an assassin. Not a warhero. Don't go for it. Seriously.

When harrassed while farming, get a teammate to help you. You can't do it alone.
