Welcome to my Talon guide, my friend was talking to me about how he couldn't find a good Talon build so I made one. I hope you enjoy and my friends agreed that it worked well! Also please at least try this before you downvote.

Runes

These runes were recommended by the friend who wanted me to make this build for him and I decided he was right:

: There are basically 2 runes in this build, Alacrity and Desolation. They are the main things that Talon needs due to him being a super extreme speed smash character. This glyph gives a nice 5.76 attack speed bonus which helps alot throughout the game.
