It has enough survivability in my opinion. You aren't a tanky dps do all you need to do is go in and cast all your spells then run out. The BT is for bonus attack damage and the lifesteal so that your noxian diplomacy and your basic attacks actually help you live longer.

The guide just doesn't seem to work well. Not enough survivability and pointlessly buying a BT.

Like I said, I use mana regen runes for laning without running low on mana. If you don't think that is necessary then you can put armor runes like it's written above but this is my personal opinion.

Is there a good reason for mana regen yellows instead of dodge or even armor? I have yet to run out of mana with this champion and have played him almost exclusively since release...

Good guide, but if you are actually going for ghostblade, why not build avarice blade earlier for the gold/5? And I think that cutthroat increases the damage from ignite.

I tried your combo and I think it works well. The only thing is that using your ultimate and flash at the beginning means that you won't have any way to escape if you are being focused. Also, by activating your ult before you get into the fight, you are neglecting the first part of your ult where the blades will probably damage the whole enemy team which will be of great use. Also, you will need good positioning for Cutthroat to flash right behind him or else your ult will do absolutely nothing.

Of course I would surely use this combo if it is to make some ganks where you are sure to get kills without any problem but I wouldn't use this for team fights.
