What u have to do:

Try to Harras! use your w as often as possible.
Concentrate on Farming! (its even more important than harassing)

Your objective is to get the enemy round about 50% health (when he did not go back) and min. 45 CS

Kill at lvl 6:

If your oponnent is about 700 HP, u can try to kill him.
Jump to him with E, Press R Hit him with W, Do an Autoattack, Press Q, and hit him again. Then Ignite him and he should be done. If not, Try to deal more dmg in any way!


After that, you should gank everytime u have ult. With your boots u are back in time and get some easy kills.

When teamfights beginn, you should go somewhere behind them and try to snack down some low enemys.
Press E, Q and finish him with W, then escape with R or (if possible) you can try to get more Kills.

Pros:

High dmg endgame
Fast Ganks
easy to get out of figts

Cons:

Low early dmg

I know, u usually max W first, but with your q, Combinated with sheen, u have a great Burst in earlygame with a low Cooldown. Try to play aggressive and u gonna have no problems while laning.

If playing on midlane, you should start with a Null-Magic Mantle so you cant get bursted down.

Gank a Lot! Talon has really strong ganks and u can get some easy kills on other lanes and will be back in time cuz of your boots of Mobility and Movementspeed of Triforce.

Try to get the Brutalizer, Boots and sheen as fast as Possible! When you have them, easy going!

Try to get the blue buff - lower cooldowns and a great mana regen are very usefull.

For dealing more damgage, try to use ur Q just after a normal attack.
