So this guide will provide you with my talon build. In the latest games I've played with him, I always did good.

In earlygame this will provide you with the mana you need to be able to harrass your opponents, and you will almost every time get the farm requiered to run good.

Start of with boots and 3 hppots, the boots to harrass and the hppots to being able to stay on the lane longer.

For runes you wanna go heavy armor penetration and some armor or magic resistance, you choose.

The armor penetration is reeeeally good since you're doing such heavy damage.

For masteries you wanna go 18/9/3 with focus on attackdamage and lane controlling.

This itembuild in this order is what I think works best, the effects will be that you got a strong earlygame with a very powerful lategame.

Boots, 3 hppots, rush Mercury treads if needed (If you got strong ap in your lane), if not buy a dorans blade or 2. After that you wanna get Sheen and later trinity force, after that bloodthirster with a follow up on black cleaver and last whisper, you could also go for a ghostblade if needed. AND OFCOURSE, you may have to buy some hp, magic resistance and armor if needed, then change brutalizer against a banshee's veil or frozen mallet.

Yeah I'm so tired atm so I really can't see what I did wrong in the skill sequence, but people say max "E" and I say **** E :D, you wanna go for you're w since it's so good to both farm and harass with.

I dont really know what I should write here, you could go for both ignite and exhaust depending on what type of playstyle you got. Flash is pretty obvious.
