thanks^^ but cutthroat is just used to close the gap or save it for a crucial silence, like when fighting tryndamere/kayle, so the damage from rake pretty much compliments ur almost oneshot combo^^ last time i played talon in dominion, full health teemo ran at me, i activated Noxian Diplomacy -> cutthroat to close the gap and then raked him, he was dead. with a higher skilled cutthroat he wouldn't have been dead, but well idk, if you like to max cutthroat second, go for it.

i like how you take advantage of talons diplomacy though i usually max cutthroat next to try and deal with all the ap the floats i understand you doing rake next...other wise great guide
