you can do all of it.... always make sure that you don't die too early in the game...
if you do just use the ATK Damage elixir... it will help a lot in farming money even in lanes :D

P.S it is up to you to make ur Own Build :D

Improvision is A great ability

Pros / Cons

PROs...
•Shadow ***ualt is very useful when there are so many creeps pushing any lane... quick money awaits if your Ultimate is in 30 secs. cooldown.
•ganking is one of the specialty of talon use its skills well...
•Combo Guide:
Cuthroat -> Noxian Diplomacy -> Rake -> Noxian Diplomacy -> Shadow Assault (If your dying or Trying to kill steal your ally >:D )
•Escape Guide: if your life is lower than 30% just keep running and use Rake when there is enough space that the enemy can't use any skill on you... its very useful

Cons...
•Don't do 1 on 1 on any farmer heroes (unless they are fed) especially Trndamere and Master Yi due to their critical strikes...
•Talon is a low armor hero always keep in mind that don't rush to enemies.
•Don't be over Confident that your Shadow ***ualt can help you Escape...
