Afther Brutalizer, grab Ionian Boots for the same purposes. *Lvl 16 Your ult CD should be arround 24 Seconds*

Grab a Vampiric just to stay in lane longer.

Rush Infinity Edge

Finish off Ghostblade and remember to use it. Grab some agility potion if you need.

Here's a choice.

Grab a Phantom Dancer if you want 100% Crit and movement speed + Agil potion.

or

Grab a Sheen Before anything else in A Trinity Force Build.

Than grab the other piece selling your Dorian.

Pro
- As an assassin. There's always a way getting out of battles and Talon is one of the best.
- Rake Slows enemy chasing you.
- Cut Throat To nearby enemy minions or Jungle monsters to gain advantage. ( You can catch up to enemy using this method, and than rake them if you are the one chasing.)
- Ultimate provides movement speed and Stealth.
- CDR = Win
-LOW MANA COST SKILLS. one of the best thing about Talon.

Tips.

- When Exhausted, Use your Ultimate right away to stealth and run away. Exhaust should wear off first before your Ultimate does; Usually. Or use it to wear off Exhaust and continue fighting. Most CD Should be off regaining advantage.
- Vampiric your HP back to 100%

Make sure you max rake first. Rake pluses on every hit you do after it slows
