Talon ready for patch 6.1
Firstly, it's better to take q at lvl 2 > e because it helps you with those hard early last hits due to the lack of AD. Also since, as you said, Talon's laning is a little weak, you won't be needing the e until lvl 3/4 to go all in.
Secondly, Mobility Boots are also a good pick up because talon is one of the better AD roamers. You also shouldn't be too reliant on the mercury treads tenacity if you're picking up a QSS.
