Talon - Relentless Assaulter
You might want to move the 3 points from Archmages Savvy to Deadliness - the AP talents just aren't useful at all.
I would also move one point from Alacrity to Brute force, maxing that out instead as your going for a burst build not an AS build.
That was a misclick XD Thanks for letting me know. As for Brute Force, it's only 1 point of damage, and like I said in the guide, moving around that 21st point is completely user preference. This is just the setup I use since Talon's attack speed is pretty **** for an assassin.
For your ranked play is strongly recommend Alistair as a lane Partner we raped so many faces in an Alistair + Talon lane.
For your Runes is just would like you to try a mix of flat ad with armor pen (eg. red flat ad // quints arp.)
Another thing i noticed if im not going for Mercury's u could try to use Ionian Boots together with your Brutalizer u already get 25% CDR and if u upgrade Brutalizer you have 30% CDR together with a blue buff ur Ultimate is at 24 sec. cooldown and ur Q about 2.5 or something.
But i really liked the tactics and how u explained when and how to use talons spells correctly.
I think your guide is decent for your first one just think about the things i mentioned and tell me how you think about it
Talon's base AD is already pretty high. Since armor reduces that damage directly, penetrating all the enemy's armor throughout the game is more effective than simply increasing your AD with Marks. After all, the most you can get is just under 8 from Marks. Late game, those 8 points are meaningless unless your champ gets something directly from AD.
As for Alistar, he's been hit or miss for me. As a pick, he's incredibly useful for controlling the battlefield, but Mercy does not work with Knocked Airborne and his stun only lasts for like half a second. If Sona is available, she's a better pick since she can Stun (or Suppress, I can't remember which her ult does) and potentially slow with her E which both work with Mercy.
As for the boots, they're a good alternative to Berserker's only if you need really early CDR. I'll add them under situational, though. Thanks for the suggestion.
