Short but introduciton but i think you dont need anything more, since noone really reads it.

Marks
Armor penetration is important for burst dmg of your skills so i recommendx9

For Seals you can pick armor or dodge either is good but doge only with mastery and doge boots ;)

The one and only right choice is Flash(for chasing and running away) and Exhaustso your passiv will be alwasy on even if your Rake is on cd and you still didnt get FM

Basically this is your core build:
OMG B00TS OF SWIFTNESS ARE U NUB? No im not, its great to chase ppl, yup i know you have your cool Rake slow, but be honest with yourself how many times someone did run away from you with like 20 hp ? Ofc you wont pick them always, only if your opponent team is like AD>AP.
If its other way go with Mercury threads
And if your opponets are AP bastards that are pwning everything around, then buy Mercury Threads right after Infinty Edge.Then rush for Hexdrinkerafter you get it just go with the build from Sheen :)

After finishing core i like to pick up Brutalizer and/or* Last Whisper

*If you got Hexdrinker you should just go with Last Whisper

When your done with everyghin you can just transform your Sheen into the mighty Trinity Force

Maxing Rake is really important since you can harras two enemies at once and kill lots of creeps with it.


Combo w/o ulti looks like that:

E->Q->Auto attack once->W->Q->Auto attack once

With ulti:

R ( just use ulti dont attack anything! or dont use it twice) ->E->Q->Auto attack once->W->Q->Auto attack once

Its really importnat to Hit normal attack after Q not before it, many ppl make the mistake and use it right after E and it just gets wasted, since your Q stacks with Sheen.

Be sure to not mess up with ulti if you do it R->E your target gets hit by all of the blades coming back to you.

In early just harras with W kill creeps and try to fnish somone out with your combos, you can try going 2v1 but dont ever dive under tower even 1v1 when opponent has 1/4 hp YOU AINT DIVER MATE !

At least your farmed and want to pwn some squishers. Wait what ? Yes, squishy chars, glass canons name them how you want, dont try to get on tank 1v1 if you aint 100% sure you can finish him off since good tank can be problem for you. On the other side all supports, AD,Ap Dpses arent too much of chalange. Just get a grip of how to use your character and KILL `EM ALL !


And one important thing to remember for all you mine little assasins your ultimate can be great tool to ESCAPE not only to kill or ks from your teammates ;)

Pros:
Great burst dmg, one of the best in early and still good in mid/late
Superb chasing capability.
Its easy to escape from threat
And ofc its really easy to kill ppl in 1v1 fights if they are not tanks


Cons:
Rather squishy untill you get FM
Your in deep sh** if your mana is out
You get focused very often

Well and that would be it Talon is great character if played the right way. Its AD nuker so dont even try to invest in attack speed or something like that since its only wasting his potential.
