Talon's earliest memories are the darkness of Noxus' underground passages and the reassuring steel of a blade. He remembers no family, warmth, or kindness. Instead, the clink of stolen gold and the security of a wall at his back are all the kinship he has ever craved. Kept alive only by his quick wits and deft thievery, Talon scraped out a living in the seedy underbelly of Noxus. His mastery of the blade quickly marked him as a threat, and Noxian guilds sent assassins to him with a demand: join their ranks or be killed. He left the bodies of his pursuers dumped in Noxus' moat as his response.

The assassination attempts grew increasingly dangerous until one assailant met Talon blade-for-blade in a match of strength. To his surprise, Talon was disarmed and facing down his executioner's sword when the assassin revealed himself to be General Du Couteau. The General offered Talon the choice between death at his hand, or life as an agent of the Noxian High Command. Talon chose life, on the condition that his service was to Du Couteau alone, for the only type of orders he could respect were from one he could not defeat. Talon remained in the shadows, carrying out secret missions on Du Couteau's orders that took him from the frigid lands of Freljord to the inner sanctums of Bandle City. When the general vanished, Talon considered reclaiming his freedom, but he had gained immense respect for Du Couteau after years in his service. He became obsessed with tracking down the general's whereabouts. Talon's suspicions led him to the doors of the Institute of War, where he joined the League of Legends in order to find those responsible for Du Couteau's disappearance.

I go with Dorans Blade to start, You can either use Dorans shield if you think you'regoing to come up against someone with a fair bit of harass just for the extra regen. Berserkers for the obvious reason it buffs your passive. Then I like to pickup Yoummu's at this point in the game you should never be initiating so once the team fight happens you get in , hit yoummus take out there squishies and get out. After that I like to get Frozen mallet , this is a MUST for Talon. Not only does it make getting away from talon absolutely IMPOSSIBLE , It also provides some huge survivability to him, At this point you can be a little more weary when getting into fights because you wont die as easy but you should still be playing Talon like an assassin . Get in and out unnoticed , Then the last 3 items are really optional . I like to pickup A Trinity for the Boost to attack speed, Movement speed and all around boost, Now at this point you can either pickup Banshees or BLoodthirster first depending on how you feel, If you're confident that you cna put blood to good use go it first, if not take banshees for increased survivability , Or as an alternative you can take Atma's impaler for the increase Attack damage as talon should have around 2.5k-2.8k hp at this point.

This build gives you awesome burst, insane chasing down ability and all round survivability.

I go with the 21/0/9 Picking up improved exhaust , And 2 points into attack speed. I skipped the defense tree because lets be honest, The benefits you get from it are pretty ****. The way I see it is Talon is NOT a major auto attack hero. He gains most of his damage from coordinating his abilities quickly and efficiently and maybe 10% overall comes from his passive on a single target. Talon is a "Get in get out , or Chasedown champ depending on the sequence of events", Or an assassin.

Greater Mark of Desolation. - Armour Pen > All For assassins.

Greater Seal of Focus. - Cooldown Reduction is important as Talon gets his burst from his skills and not his auto attacks.

Greater Glyph of Focus. - Read above ^

Greater Quintessence of Desolation. - Read first rune.

The most General skill sequence for Talon , Is Hor***ing with Rake (W) , If your opponent over extends for EVEN A SECOND and you know you can get the kill, ( NOTICE I SAID "KNOW" AND NOT "THINK" , This decision plays a huge role in playing an assassin Champion , If you make the wrong move your basically ****ed. ) You Get Noxian Diplomacy Ready (Q) , Then Cut-Throat (E) in providing a silence , Throw Your Rake (W) for the Slow , Buffing your passive. Now I see alot of noobs popping there ult right on top of there opponent , You CAN do this however i prefer the this way,

I see a Miss Fortune farming top lane about to push my tower, I sit in the brush in top river ready to go, I hit Q , R , Run in E , This will make my ult come back right on top of her, Then W so shes slowed and spam from there. DO NOT use your Ult then Q Because using any skills while ur ult is active will cause you to become unstealthed and waste your ult.

You can also use talons ult to come in and out of team fights, A team fight erupts in mid. I Q , R , Run in and Use E on there lowest , And Rake them all while my ult does enormous damage. HOWEVER make sure your not putting yourself in a position where you will be killed easily. As an assassing your job is to get in do enough damage to turn the tides and get out , Or Chase down the low hp'ers.

I take Flash and Exhaust . An alternative to flash is Ghost but I would highly recommend taking flash instead. Exhaust pretty self explanatory as an assassin, you will be chasing down, Ganking 24/7. If you take anything else, You sir should be shot.
