These items are great for being durable and are good sources of ad late game. The second bloodthirster is completely optional, that extra damage and Lifesteal help a bunch tho. The banshees veil is nice for occasinally blocking a summoner ability and helps with mana and health. The frozen mallet is a great item to have for durability and damage output. The phantom dancer is for a bit more speed and dps.

Masteries of 21-9-0 are a great setup for talon too keep him very durable as well as a great force in a team fight.

Armor pen is very important if you get put up against someone staking armor, the marks of alacrity will help for that. Attack speed on talon is a key aspect of how well he will do because once he jumps in and spams all his abilities and he need to finish of the enemy this attack speed will help. The glyphs of might and quinessences of strenght are just pure ad for doing as much damage as possible in the shortest amount of time.

Talon is a good champ with high burst I use this build and it works very well for me. He has a lot of health and he is very durable, but can also do a ton of damage and has some life steal as well. This build will help a ton late game.
