Talon's earliest memories are the darkness of Noxus' underground passages and the reassuring steel of a blade. He remembers no family, warmth, or kindness. Instead, the clink of stolen gold and the security of a wall at his back are all the kinship he has ever craved. Kept alive only by his quick wits and deft thievery, Talon scraped out a living in the seedy underbelly of Noxus. His mastery of the blade quickly marked him as a threat, and Noxian guilds sent assassins to him with a demand: join their ranks or be killed. He left the bodies of his pursuers dumped in Noxus' moat as his response.
The assassination attempts grew increasingly dangerous until one assailant met Talon blade-for-blade in a match of strength. To his surprise, Talon was disarmed and facing down his executioner's sword when the assassin revealed himself to be General Du Couteau. The General offered Talon the choice between death at his hand, or life as an agent of the Noxian High Command. Talon chose life, on the condition that his service was to Du Couteau alone, for the only type of orders he could respect were from one he could not defeat. Talon remained in the shadows, carrying out secret missions on Du Couteau's orders that took him from the frigid lands of Freljord to the inner sanctums of Bandle City. When the general vanished, Talon considered reclaiming his freedom, but he had gained immense respect for Du Couteau after years in his service. He became obsessed with tracking down the general's whereabouts. Talon's suspicions led him to the doors of the Institute of War, where he joined the League of Legends in order to find those responsible for Du Couteau's disappearance.
''The three deadliest blademasters in all of Valoran are bound to the house of Du Couteau: my father, myself, and Talon. Challenge us, if you dare.'' - Katarina Du Couteau
Talon is an assassin hero, he does crazy burst damage and is able to get in and get out fast.
Talon can get kill pretty easy, but being able to get a kill and get out unharmed will be the key difference between the "bad" Talons and the "good" Talons.
You will see a lot of Talons end up with 5/5 or a lot of Deaths. But I will try my best to help you become a pro assassin who can get away with your kills.
My build is for max burst damage while giving you some HP to keep you alive. You are in no way tanky but it is enough Hp to get you in and out safely. Talon is very fun to play and very good assassin for your team. This is my first build so i hope u all like it i know i do when i see my score at the end. And some times get them to rage quit. I will update when i can and comments would be nice to add or change to help out ppl how want to get better.

is a great thing to have on talon because he can jump into a lane where there is a lot of unprotected farm.
this one is a must because his passiveMercy gives him a 10% bonus if his Target is slowed, stunned, immobilized, or suppressed.
Flash is his oh **** button for when u need a quick get away and if u popu get more movement speed to help u get to safety
naturally works well with.
is a powerful escape tool, but can also be offensively used to assault a group.
Try to actavite. before. to get max damage. this is a key point remember to pick ur target before u fight. Focusing all of Talons abilities on one target will be VERY rewarding, but splitting them up betweeen many may leave u helpless
Farming early game is important for Talon if u dont farm u dont get paid :) so rake the minions as much as u can while watching ur mana so u still have enuff to harass as much as u can in lane farming is key with talon the more farm the faster u build the items u want. The best farm for talon is mid hes a good mid in the right hands.
*Great Burst damage
*Easy to get kills
*Low Cooldown ult that can get you kills and get you out of trouble.
*As pretty cool CC that get your kills before they can fight back.
*Fun and easy to use
*Assassin's creed say what?
*Must learn when to get into fights
*Have to play safe and have map awareness so you don't jump into a gank.
*If on cooldowns you have little escapability
*CC can be a Bi***
*If in a lane with ranged heroes, you can have a very hard time farming.
*Even if your ult stealth you, you can't juke enemy to get away because when you destelth your ult blades will give your position away
Talon is a big help in team fights because of the crazy amount of burst damage hr does but remember RULE 17 "DONT BE A HERO" u will die trust me
Creeping / Jungling
when and if u jungle blue buff when u start so u can stay in lane as much as possible so u can go back and get ur berserkers grieves
