He is very slow at start, this build is for experts to use, DO NOT USE IF YOU CAN'T RUN SLOW CHAMPS.

This build needs no boots start of match, you want to focus on the B.F. sword. Use ghost if you have to and be careful, minion feed and work for assist using rake. If you get B.f. sword start game you are OP since no one has the bases to kill you faster.

The end boots are to finish match running quickly at lvl 18 to finish their base.

This is perfect if you follow the boot rule above. Getting the base increased from Infinity Edge, makes this rune page amazing for Talon. Armor pen for obvious reasons.

I use these because they keep you escaping in the lower levels.

Rake for quick coin. Nox D. for quick mid game kills, and cut throat only use to get close as well as kill runners in late game.

Obivously use his ult for bursting and escaping.

First this is designed to have maximum Kills in match.

Why did I make this, well after you get infinity edge, the runes make you kill quick. You should be able to feed off team or ks a lot.... if you have a bad match and don't seem to get the coin for it then try to down grade by grabing small things first like zeal then phage and such before making them, but always go for the infinity edge.

In conclusion, I half did this build profile.....didn't care to much. I typically run high kills with this.....around 20s-lower 30s.
