Then you want to farm as much as possible. Try to look for quick ganks you might be able to pull off, but with the Tiamat you can get like 3x as much farm and it is a great weapon for talon...
Dont upgrade the BF swords until late game after you have the trinity force. If you get to where it's basically PVP only... Sell the Tiamat and get another BF sword or maybe a Bloodthirster
Personally I stay away from the Blood Thirster because of the Stacks being lost. late game isnt the time to get creep stacks. + 1k crits with talon are easy with the build i got here.
