Many people go Ap with gragas, in my opinion the mage version does more dmg but is to squishy to last in team fights and so is unable to help his team. This tank build does less dmg ( not saying that he doesn't hit like a train ) but is much more useful in team fights, helping teammates, chasing down enemies and tanking them back to hell.

- I take Body slam first because it does more dmg on lvl 1 and help escaping over walls or chasing down enemies.

- On lvl 2 i get drunken rage to proc the passive and get that 2% hp regeneration that gives you staying power in lane, also the mana that you get is great for never having to go back for mana. The dmg bonus is great for increased dmg output.

- On lvl 3 i take Barrel roll to help me with farming creeps. It is also great for harassing turret huggers because of its big range.

- The ulty is great for blocking of routs, pushing enemies into turrets or just throwing on a low lvl enemie to get the kill.

I go Soul Shroud to for the mana reg and the cd red. After that ninja taby, followed by warmongs that stacks minion kills fast because of Barrel roll. Sunfire is great for every melee champion cause every one can use that extra dmg.
