Welcome to my build this is my first build:
Well i like this char because no one usually play tanks so i decide to take one and this one was my option because of some of his skills.
-Very good heroe to escape
-Ur defensive W skill make u kinda unkilleable
-very fast with ur ball skill
-Best tank vs Dps team
-very bad farmer
-difficult to avoid minnions wile powerball
-Squishy vs ap teams
Health 1968 at 18 (506 + 86/level)
Mana 849 at 18 (288 + 33/level)
Armor 89.4 at 18 (24.8 + 3.8/level)
Magic Resist 30
Critical Chance 7.6% at 18 (4.2% + 0.2%/level)
Health Per 5 Sec 14.9 at 18 (5.55 + 0.55/level)
Mana Per 5 Sec 9.25 at 18 (2.85 + 0.38/level)
Choosed this one to protect towers and get faster to ganks and when no one defend the tower u can make an easy tp to ur minions that are closer to the enemy tower, u can use too if u are besieged u can hide at the grass and escape by teleporting to your tower, u can use too if u are far away from ganks and u have teemo, malzahar, annie... things like that u can teleport on their minions that they spawn like teebers mushrooms... or u can put totems on the wole map and telepor to them.
Choosed this one to pwn easier people who are difficult to kill.
U can consider to take too:
it makes you more offensive since u can get people whos running away from you like powerball flash and he will not get away from you

Defensive Ball Curl
Rammus goes into a defensive formation for 6 seconds, increasing his armor and magic resistance by 50 / 75 / 100 / 125 / 150 and returning 26 / 32 / 38 / 44 / 50 (+25% of ability power) magic damage to attackers.
Cooldown 18 seconds | Cost 50 mana | Range 300
Rammus taunts the unit into a reckless assault, reducing their armor by 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 and forcing them to attack Rammus for 1 / 1.5 / 2 / 2.5 / 3 second(s).
Cooldown 9 seconds | Cost 50 / 65 / 80 / 95 / 110 mana | Range 325
Rammus creates tremors beneath him, dealing 65 / 130 / 195 (+30% of ability power) magic damage per second to nearby units and structures. Lasts 8 seconds.
Cooldown 60 seconds | Cost 120 mana | Range 300
Choosed that masteries because u gonna tank ur not gonna be a killer.
Greater Mark of Warding 0.97 magic resist
Greater Seal of Evasion 0.75 dodge
Greater Glyph of Warding 1.49 magic resist
Greater Quintessence of Fortitude 32.40 health
Choosed this kind of runes to start tanking since lvl 1.
U start with doran shieldand health potionthen buy ur ninja tabior if the team has alot of ap heroes get Mercury Treads.
If u farmed a bit and got some kills u get now Sunfire capeand thornmailor Banshee's VeilDepending if they have casters or dps.
U just buy ur second Sunfire capeand ur last item Should be Banshee's Veilbut if u bought because too much caster then dont buy the thornmailand get Force of Natureas last item, some people will ask why i didnt take Guardian Angelwell and i answer since last patch it got nerfed and u revive with 700hp i think its a nerd item for you. Depending if the match takes long u can get too Atma's Impalerbut since u have 6 items u have to sell before buy that ur Doran shield
Try to play defensive so u can taunt enemys under tower and tower helps you to kill the enemy, the best way to farm is giving the last hit to minions if u get hitted u can back fast to base and use teleport or use ur pot u decide.
Protect ur tower and when ur team need help make powerball and get closer to them hit the enemy with ur powerball and taunt them so ur teammates can kill them u will have some problems to dodge the minions wile powerball it will be fixed after some matchs u basicaly have to be in every gank to taunt and tank.
ur fuction here is taunt the biggest enemy dps and make him useless for 3 seconds and try to enter first to every gank maybe u will die sinve every one is fully geared but since u will recive the all ultimates attack the enemy will be easy to pwn after this.
How i play this tank
Ur fuction is protect ur team by taunting the heroe who does the best damage so he will be disabled and ur team can attack another heroes.
Things to consider
u should consider this is not the best heroe to tank casters so u will have to be pro rammus to tank casters groups.
