Please don't down vote it, just because my description sucks. Try it first.

This is my first build on this site, so please try it and help me to update it.

The stats are incorrect, but the results are undeniable.

I am a mediocre player, and I own with this build every time, so a good player should have no trouble with it.

Start with the mana regen wand.

Then get the boots.

Then finish archangels, need to fill it asap.

Then buy the hextech revolver.

Finish WoTA.

Build Rylai's, this will let you chase ALMOST ANYONE down. It will also provide you with an escape, especially from melee gankers, as they will be slowed if they come too close.

Build Rabbadon's piece by piece until it is finished.

If they are stacking mr get the Void Staff, if not Zhonya's Hourglass will ensure that you are nigh on impossible to kill. Make sure your fdefile is running and you will be healing the whole time.
