Introduction
If you are still here, then you are crazy. Seriously, I just stated how bad this is. This isn't a guide, it's a cry for help.
EDIT: ATMA'S HEALTH TO AD RATIO GOT NERFED! MY LIFE IS RUINED! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
The Seals and Glyphs are pretty basic. Armor Seals for reduced damage from that scary solo top opponent, and Magic Resist/lvl Glyphs for that small boost of resistance against that late game Brand that just burned your Maokai down.
For the full tank build, the Flat AD Marks are for some early game damage. The health Quints are just preference, and that extra health could mean the difference between overleveling their solo top gankplank due to surviving that damn Parrrley, or feeding their AD Sion to 700/0.
(However, I recommend you decide what runes to get based on your own playstyle.)
For the off tank build, the ArmorPen Marks are mostly for late game. The Flat AD Quints are there to try to assist you in getting a kill or two early game (pfft, not with this build).
If you have read to here, you should definitely not follow my guides advice at all (what advice?).

Full Tanklon
Due to you not having damage until the Atmas, which isn't much and is obtained very late on purpose, you will probably be having a harder time killing minions off later in the game. So where are you going to get your money? From gold/5 of course! I threw in the sheen/trinity so you could be doing a little damage.
I know I could have gotten a lot of other items that could that increased your damage, such as Brutalizer or Wit's End, but when you go Tanklon, you go TANKlon.
Off-Tanklon
For the record, you should probably get yourself checked out, as there should be no reason for you to continue observing this guide.
The Wriggles is for the cheap damage and sustain that will keep you in the solo top lane against that nasty Twitch, Eve, Teemo, Shaco and Akali combo they got going on. 1v5? NO PROBLEM! I choose to get Frozen Mallet so you can catch up to them without Swiftness Boots, and Warmogs for the extra health to AD ratio coming from your Atmas. I then round the build off with a GA since you have NO armor/resistances. If for some reason the game still hasn't ended, then replace that Ol' Dumb Lantern for a good new Madred's Bloodrazor.
My items are bad, and I buy them in the wrong order. I just love Thornmails back from the old Sunfire Rammus days.

I sacrifice the damaging Q for the versatile W, mainly because it gives good damage, is not a single target, has a slow, and can clear minions waves in a snap. After W is maxed, I max Q next, as I find very little reason to level that E.
Of course you level your ultimate whenever you can, as that move is just too good.
Because you are a squishy S.O.B. you have to try to do something to them before you get stun locked and die and then get reported for feeding. That is why you level up your W and ONLY your W (until you can level up that ULTI of yours).

Seriously, why are you still reading this? Why are you fascinated at this laughable guide? Unless, of course, you are laughing at it, or facepalming to the next century at how bad it is, then you are fine.

First guide, blah blah blah. I'm not a pro player, I am barely even an average player. I don't play ranked, and I barely play normals. I think I covered everything, now go out there and be all like "I'm one of the squishiest assassins in the game, kill me!".
This guide is no way meant to be serious, and SHOULD NOT be used in a real game. Only use it in premade games with your friends if everyone is fine with it.
Now go out there and rage at how bad this works! I'm counting on you, <insert Summoner Name>!
