The goal of comments is to leave constructive criticism, so while I was applaud by the guide, I'll throw in a few tips:
1. You definitely need more than one game with a playstyle to make a guide for it. It's fine to break the meta, but maybe test this out in other games. As I see you play to make other guides, take this as a lesson, and don't post before you practice.
2. The use of grammar and style is offputting in your work. All caps is usually only useful for humor, not to get a point across. I won't go through your writing, but I understand that not everyone is good at or even speaks English. However, there is usually a standard that you may wish to run this through with a friend or relative in order to make sure you don't have an access of errors.
3. Your use of notes is very weird. Usually notes are limited to simply conveying a point in the cheat-sheet to people unwilling to read the guide. In yours, you try to justify the making of a guide for a champion you have not tested. In addition, you put large chunks of texts in them that are much more suited for their own chapter. Again, I'm not saying I agree with your build or playstyle, but you aren't expressing it in the right way. I highly suggest the guide by jhoijhoi on how to make a proper guide.
4. The biggest mistake, and one that I was lucky enough to correct myself, is that you posted an unfinished guide. All guides are updated for metas, new information, and errors. However, putting a guide up that calls itself a full guide and then saying at the end that it isn't is the easiest way to get your opinions ignored.
TL/DR: Archive this, read jhoijhoi's guide to guides, practice your builds, and you could make a very successful guide.
