Intoduction

This build is basically for beginner taric player, the item is basically what normal support should get and alot of stuff is easy and cheap for most support.

Runes

Rune page is normal support should get, some will get gp10 rune, but I rather get movement speed. Consider you going to get all gp5 in really early game. so movement allow you to catch up your ad carry and heal or them or w/e. For magic resist blue. it is for late game, consider you going to get a lot of cooldown in mid to late game already, so you will definitely do not need them.

Masteries

People may ask why am i running a masteries on Summoner's Wrath, it is for the exhaust, it allow your ad carry to kill them faster consider their armor + mr resist got lower.
