This is my first build so I'll do my best...

Starting off with Taric in the beginning he is mana starved... many trips back to base to recover mana.

Early game:
Usually played going bottom with an aggressive player will work wonders!! With Dazzle as your first attack you can slowly pick away at your target's HP while the aggressor runs in and helps. Staying hidden and just soaking up exp and killing minions for MP will help you and your partner survive bottom for extended periods of time with using Imbue and heal at the right time, and remember hitting minions decreases time for Imbue so heal attack small and heal again!!

Mid game:
By now you should have your boots and and Aegis Shield. and going for Stark's Fervor. This item will help you stay alive with the lifesteal and attack speed increase and decreases enemy armor!!

Late game:
by now you are pushing hard with your team in any lane and hopefully you'll have Zeal and maybe Phantom Dancers. The strategy is always the same... your going to have your stun ready and go stun target and have team finish, and sometimes you can finish a Champion off this way! Heal your teammates with Imbue and/or Heal spell...

Play Style::
Playing as this support Taric is very easy. you're basically waiting for your enemy to come to you. You whittle away at their HP with Dazzle, and Shatter if you can. If your always with a good AGGRESSIVE player you dhold have no problem holding any lane! A good secondary character would be Nunu as when two enemy Champs are coming Nunu will slow one and you stun the other for his ult. It's a wicked combo!! You may not get a lot of kills, but you will get assists... LOTS of assists!! I've gone matches 3-0-15 using this build! it works only with, I can't stress this enough, AGGRESSIVE teammate.
