Try it, try other items if you think they are better, and laugh your butt off when you are very succesfull.

The runes I take are fairly simple, I'm playing tanky so I want some extra armor and magic resist and health. I do AD damage and want to ignore some of my enemies armor. Other runes are quite possible as well, haven't tested it out too much.
The same counts for Masteries, I wanna be able to fulfill a real jungle play style, but also want to be able to take a big chunk of damage in the team fights. There is quite a lot of synergy in the build if you ask me.

The items are based on what I like to use on a lot of my jungle tanks that do use auto hit in teamfights. It gives a lot of survivability and you still become stronger in damage every item you purchase. I've been thinking of adding a Youmou's Ghostblade into it, but haven't worked out details of it.
The skill sequence is based on steady jungling, which works well with the armor smashing and heal early game. After level 3 (early stun) or 4 you're up for some fast ganking, I like to start top if my top is a strong AD champ like Gangplank. Remember, you're a utility master and your damage is only decent at best at start. But with a good stun and a shattered armor you can go a long way. Maxing heal after the armor shatter makes you jungle life easier, and annoying for your enemies in those teamfights.
