Why Taric top ?
Then, Taric top, why so good ? Stun, Heal, good armor, good damage...
I played like 30 games with Taric top : 0 top lost, I won against some good top characters (like Irelia, Lee Sin, Riven, Olaf...)
How it works ?
Then, Dazzle + DFG + Radiance + Shatter ... :)
What in last item ?
You can take resists item in my build, as I said, it depends of the ennemy team.
If you play against an ap top, take Mercury's Boots and Chalice of Harmony
