Viegar is very squishy beginning game but if you are midding you can harass well. Stay behing minions and skill and last hit. You arent going to build for very much survivability but you will have a little armor by getting zhonyas hourglass. viegar is a under estimated champion but when you use your E W Q R order any AP champion will either be dead or with a couple hp points left, and most champions that arent ap you will still nuke the **** out of them.
