This is my first guide ,so leave comments and i`ll try to answer them as quickly as possible. :)

Shen is the type of chars i like he is hard to kill and he can support allies even from far distance.

This build is made to be a 50/50 the items i get are balanced between magic resistance and armor so it`s quite effective against ad/ap teams

the spells i use are ignite and flash the reson i get ignite is that its effective at early game you can get some kills with it and the other spell i use is flash because with it i can make my possition better for taunt so that means i can prevent a gank .

Pros
-with the Swiftness talent from utility its easy to get back in your lane or even gank somebody
-verry hard to kill
-Ki strike+Warmogs armor=Ki strike with good damage even in late game
-can tank turrets
Cons
-low dmg
-hard to gather the items without kill stealing ,not to mention that you will get stealed alot
-you will die alot you are the main tank

These items are hard to get and it will take a lot of time to become full build i start with building up warmogs armor so when i farm minions in early game i get the passive health increase from it .Then i get the boots =>Sunfire cape=>Aegis of the legion=>Banshee`s veil=>Guardian angel
the reason i get banshee`s veil is that it is my cleance

in the begining far as most creeps as you can. Use your vorpal blade to overheal the enemyes damage in early game 1-4 lvl and you will lane until you recall beacuse you want to get warmogs :p
