I think he was trying to focus on literally being the fastest by stacking those speed quints.

This guide only really covers the basic of basics with Janna. Sorry, -1

why did u onley pick 4 items? and i prefer zephyr b4 howling gale. put 1 point in gale just to be anoying or run off.

and why did you pick 4.5% movment speed runes. when u got the fastest charecter in game!!!
