my own personal sona build that does me all kinds of good i play more aggressively then normal Sona players so give it a try

item build order well it shouldnt matter but for me i start out
tears of the goddess > Sorcerer's shoes > Rabadon's Deathcap > Zhonya's Hourglass > Archanel's staff "from the Tears of the goddess" > Soul Shroud > Rylai's Crystal Scepter

Pros / Cons

Pros: dealing alot of damage as well healing 200+ HP to teammates
Cons: tend to get alot of focus from the enemy team
