I replaced the ignite skill with heal because, in my opinion it is good for escapes. In many cases after placing shrooms I was pursued with very little health, using heal got me to a safe place.
I replaced the Mercury's treads for Berserker's Greaves because [in my opinion again] it fits the build better early on.
I swapped up some of the skill sequence, so that you start with poison dart. In early game I find it more effective to harass with poisen and fall back.
