Updated to use PhD and Banshee's instead of Atmas and GA. The dodge of PhD is pretty much like armor as far as damage reduction (barring physical damage based skills sadly), and with the nerf to GA I'm not nearly as big of a fan. However if you're up against a Garen or someone else who can execute you too easily at low hp then by all means grab it.

The only recommendation I have is to switch ghostblade with phantom dancers. The extra dodge is really helpful, the attack speed is necessary, and the movement speed will help you chase down those running away. +1

Yeah, I think its actually just a little under that with Ghostblade. I can't remember the exact value, but you can spam it all over them :)

I really like this build. The idea of stacking cooldown reduction runes is amazing. Reckless Swing is down to what, roughly a 4 second cooldown at 18?
