introduction

this is a good ap build for Teemo. gives you strong abilities in lane in early and make you dominate in late game

runes

my rune page gives you early ap at the start of the game. you can also use a full ap rune page but the magic penetration really helps

masteries

my masteries give you full durability throughout the entire match early and late

items

these items give you all the ap you need to chop down enemies in seconds.

skills

my skill points aim to give you max damage with your poison and blind, you can also keep blind and poison the same level if you want. But maxing poison gives you the ability to harass early game.

summoner spells

taking these summoner spells are good because when you have ignite and poison on your enemies you have pretty much won that battle. With flash you can get away quick with a combination of move quick and flash.

pros/cons

pros:
- take down adc's really quick
- shrooms do plenty of damage
- have stealth to suprise enemies when the least expect it

cons:
- really squishy before rylias crystal sceptre
- can die quick from alot of cc
