Pros:

-deals alot of dmg to any type of enemy
-cannot be beaten in 1v1
-deals magic damage thanks to malady madreds and his Toxic Shot
Cons:

-cannot hold 2v1
-pretty squishy
-needs a tank on his side

i choosed pure ad runes cuz ur atk is ur defense i tried it with defense runes but that didnt worked pretty well

the most important runes are the attack speed runes cuz of his malady and madreds u need attack speed to deal the damage very fast

my items are hybrid builded cuz of the magic damage output
Bloodthirster can be exchanged with Hextech Gunblade but i prefer bloody cuz of the nice dmg and life steal

Madreds Razors is important to farm minions so u get ur money pretty fast and star dealing dmg pretty early

i didnt choose Ghost and Flash cuz he got his W spell to move faster
u can use exhaust for the last escape or to kill ur enemy without loosing life and ignite is nice if someone is low life and tapped into a Noxious Trap and got ur Toxic Shoots on it so he will die pretty fast
