Not Updated For Current Season
A long time i didn't want to play Teemo cuz of his nerfs and squishyness.
After trying some builds i didn't get good scores with him and died an awful lot. But (imo) the trick with teemo is some survivability and full escape skills.
If you play it well you're able to get away with anything.
The reason why i choose for an ad guide is the lifesteal, i like it more than a spellvamp/hybrid build. Though I will make an AP teemo guide soon ;)
I did a ****load of turretdives with this build earlygame and most of the time it worked out fine :)
I choose for a 21/9/0 page for the damage, armor pen and crit.
For a little survivability i put 9 points in the defense tree. If you are vs a lot of ad champs take ninja tabi in stead of beserkers.
Greater Mark of Desolation (Armor Penetration) x9
Greater Seal of Clarity (Mana Regen/lvl) x9
Greater Glyph of Focus (Cooldown Reduction) x9
Greater Quintessence of Fortitude (Flat Health) x3
I go for armor pen. Tried crit pages but like armor pen more, also i choose for the flat health quintesses for more survivability. CD red. and mana regen runes speak for themselves.
I try to level 'Toxic Shot' as soon as possible. Next to that skill i try to level 'Move Quick' also up asap so you are able to escape( in combo with ur spells) from basically any forms of threat.
I go for ghost and flash because Teemo is very often the main focus. Also with your frozen mallet and ghost chasing kills is way too easy.
Alternate spells for teemo (imo) are:
Cleanse (against big cc team)
Ignite (stacks good with your 'Toxic Shot')
Teleport (f.e.: put shroom at enemy golem/lizzard buff bush and tele when u spot an enemy trying to get the buff)
Spells not to pick (imo) for Teemo are:
Exhaust (your q skill already blinds)
Fortify (shoulnd't even say why)
Revive (shoulnd't even say why)
Rally (shoulnd't even say why)
