Hey everybody, this is my first build that i just remade. This is a guide for AP teemo. Teemo is a very fast champion that is capable of darting in and out of team fights dealing alot of damage over time. Almost all of his damage if over time because it is all poisin.
With your runes, The Greater Mark of Insight gives you great early game damage. It lets you harrass alot with your blinding dart too. The Greater Seal of Resilience gives you a good boost in armor early game to help you stay alive longer. The Greater Glyph of Potency again, like the marks, gives you a nice boost in damage and gives your harrassment better results. The Greater Quint of Fortitude gives you more health early game to keep you alive in small 2v2 or 1v1 fights.
For masteries i go with a 9/21/0 build. I rush the magic pen in offence and the rest i put in defence for lots of survivability. This also go's great with the runes for the magic pen and the defence.
I start off with a doran's ring because if gives a nice boost to ability power and some health. The mana regen is also very usefull if you harrass alot. Next i get Boots of Speed just to get back and forth from the lane to the fountain a bit faster. Then i get the Needlessly Large Rod wich i will eventually build into Rabodon's Death Cap. Next i finish my Sorcerer's Shoes for speed and spell pen. Then i finish Rabodon's Death Cap for a huge boost in AP. Then i get Rod of Age's because if gives great all around stats. I get the Crystal Septer next for health, ap, and the slow when i use abilities. B this time you should be roling in kills. This is why i get mejei's soulstealer to get a ton of ap. I finish with a Lich Bane for movement speed and ap. The passive is also great with teemo because of his low cd blinding dart and your high ap count.
I go back and forth between blinding dart and toxic shot because it just gives you great damage output. I get my ult at 6,11, and 16 like most people do. I get move quick every once in a while for more movment.
I take flash and exhaust as teemo. Flash lets you run OR catch up to somebody when nessisary. Exhaust makes it impossible to run from you beause you are already fast with move quick and when you slow them it is just impossible.

Alot of powerful damage over time
Exteremly fast and hard to run from
Can blind AD champions to make them useless
Very squishy early game and easy to kill
Before you get Move Quick and boots you are exteremly slow moving
AP Teemo relies alot on mushrooms
Teemo is a good farmer once you get your ult. Just last hit until level 6. Then you can place your mushrooms in the minion waves deals tons of damage while you contintue to last hit the ones your shrooms miss.
Teemo can help the team from all the way across the map if you are good. His mushrooms can pick up kills on the low health runners from team fights too. Also, if your team is in a chase the enemy can be slowed my muchrooms for a kill. This can also work if your running. The enemy will be slowed so you can get away. You can also help save allies with your blind. If you or an allie is being attacked by an AD champion you can blind them reducing their damage output to almost nothing.
