Teemo. Most people see him as useless. But with this build he is everything but useless. imagine you doing more than 800 damage to an inhibitor every 2 seconds and you shrooms hitting for more than 1k damage.

With these runes and masterys you will start the game with 19.80% CDR. so at level 6 your shrooms are already down to 24 seconds. Magic pen reds are important. The glyphs don't matter to much though. but with them a philly stone holds over my mana all game long.

Start with a Philly stone. ALWAYS. You get health regen mana regen and gold regen. for 800 gold. Not many better deals than that. next get a catalyst and that will take away most of your early game squishyness. Follow up with sorc shoes and a Needlessly large rod for some damage out put. Then you catalyst you need to turn into a ROA or a banishes veil depending on the enemy team. Then finish off you Rabadons deathcap. Now the big one is Linch Bane. After this a blind-auto attack combo will hurt the enemy's bad really really bad. same goes to buildings. Then void staff. Sell sorc shoes and get CDR boots giving you 35% CDR. Thats right 15 second 1k damage shrooms. if you make it this far then the last item can be what ever sounds good lol I usually grab hex tech gun blade but really doesn't matter.

Flash and cleanse are needed greatly. You can take ghost but i prefer Flash. This lets you attack and escape easy. Stuns kill Teemo which is why cleanse is a must.

Your shroom placement is important. First is gankable grass. You in a side lane then you need all grass in your area with atleast 1 shroom in it. For mid you want to mark the side grass and expand through river from there. By the 15 min mark you always want 2 or 3 at dragon and barron. ALWAYS. next you want run paths shroomed to kill fleeing enemys or to avoid ganks. When its group up and push/fight you want to leave your team a run away path.

Great other places are in grass by wraiths. and then on directly in front of wraiths. Gotten several kills that way. Around your turret to help fend off turret dives. and dead center of side lanes for passive farming and lane control.

Oracles. Always watch out for these so you don't think your safe in your passive when your not. Once you see one you want to put most of your shrooms in grass and still run paths. Because if there running away they won't have time to stop and kill it. So its run around or through.

VLAD ****S YOU UP. DO NOT MID AGAISNT HIM. If you do then you will turret hug and he will kill you regardless. All I can suggest is killing Wraiths and Wolves every chance you get. And no your shrooms will not help fend off Vlad. He grabs and Oracles and just heals off of them -.- So just trust me here and don't fight Vlad alone.

Just remeber linch bane. don't fight vlad. Think when placing shrooms. Blind shuts down ad champs.
