the reason why im picking these masteries and these items is simply because its focused on teemos R. Teemos R can deal ludacrious amounts of dmg if youre just focusing on it. It synergizes well with Rylais because the R provides a slow so the % health shred bonus is doubled and deathfires touch will really really really really hurt (especially in late game).

Since teleport got nerfed ignite has become a more viable summoner spell on top lane. Ignite also gives you some serious kill pressure and is just really nice to have :D. Ofc. i'm not sayin teleport is bad now but it got nerfed to the point that i won't use it anymore unless i've got a Zac on my team.
